Quotation and confirmation
Website prices are indicative. A booking exists only after the itinerary, fare scope, vehicle category, payment requirement and confirmation are communicated through an accepted channel.
Vehicle allocation
A confirmed category may be fulfilled by the stated model or an equivalent where the quotation permits. Passenger and luggage information must be accurate for safe allocation.
Itinerary changes
Added kilometres, stops, waiting, travel days, night operation or a different route may change the fare. Material changes require approval from the booking contact.
Road and weather events
Travel is subject to weather, closures, security instructions, union rules, strikes, mechanical events and force majeure. Safety and lawful operation take priority over the planned schedule.
Passenger conduct and belongings
Passengers must follow safety instructions, respect the vehicle and comply with law. They remain responsible for personal belongings, prohibited items and damage caused by misuse.
Third-party services
Hotels, tickets, ponies, guides, shikaras, local-union cabs and activities are independent unless expressly included in the written quotation.
