Information is used to respond to enquiries, plan and coordinate transport, communicate driver details, manage changes, support billing, resolve service issues and meet legal or safety requirements.
Sharing required for a trip
Relevant passenger, phone, pickup and itinerary details may be shared with the assigned driver, vehicle partner, hotel contact or operational coordinator when needed to deliver the requested service.
Retention and security
Booking and financial records may be retained for operational, tax, dispute and legal needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or messaging channel can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about your information or request correction through book.touristtaxi@gmail.com. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for law, tax, fraud prevention or an active dispute.
