Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their BOOKING and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

How To Cancel your Booking?

The lead name on the booking must give notice to cancel the Booking by sending us an email for the same and we shall refund the tour cost after deduction cancellation charges as under.

Cancellation Charges:

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or anyone traveling with you;

  • From the booking date till 2 days prior to the Arrival date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • From 1 day prior to the Arrival date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
  • For cancellations made on the Arrival date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.
